The DASS Solutions team of experts assessed and provided recommendations and solutions for a wide range of inclusion aspects. This included reviews of the accessibility and universal design provisions of pavilions, websites, applications, events, customer service, and service delivery arrangements. The reviews and recommendations covered the needs of a wide range of visitors from people with disabilities to the elderly including both visible and invisible conditions.
The DASS Solutions team also supported aspects of interaction and consultation with the community of people with disabilities by arranging for tours and systematically acquiring and analyzing feedback from visitors with disabilities.
