For Emirates Islamic Bank, we surveyed three branches and installed a number of our key solutions to enhance the bank’s overall customer experience and accessibility. We installed counter loops to boost sound for people using hearing aids. These were placed at reception desks for easier one-to-one interactions between customers and front-end staff with adequate signage. For customers with visual impairments and mobility hindrances, tactile ground surface indicators were installed around key areas in a branch in a strategic manner for easy navigation and route planning.
